There's also a lot of humor in this series. But that doesn't keep Goh from trying his luck with Taki and in this volume 2 it becomes slowly obvious, that maybe Taki feels something for Goh, too.
They steal mostly drugs from the bad guys. Goh and Taki are some kind of 'good thieves'.
But as a team they can rely on one another. On the personal level it's a little bit more complicated as Goh is gay and Taki straight. They don't know much about their employers, but there are hints that they are hired by the police.
As such the story is quite action packed and Goh and Taki have to avoid some pretty dangerous situations. At least this volume features the first time Taki actively kisses Goh.Yellow has an excellent story and the drawings are gorgeous.
Overall an excellent yaoi.
This review covers episodes 2 to 4 which are very much alike.I was delighted with the first one: gone were the womanish, delicate characters so common in other yaoi, replaced by two strong, witty males involved in dangerous adventures.I do not know why but with her second episode the author, instead of pursuing this fun filled path, gradually making her two men fall for each other, decided to take a very serious turn for melodrama.Taki has a heart rending -and uninteresting- past that comes back to literally hunt him. Gone are the fun, the humour, the light hearted adventures, replaced by endless tears and guilt, back in the obnoxious routine of a genre made to please romance loving straight women more than gay men.I guess I should just give up the whole genre.
Thank you sooo much. I love this series, and it was totally awesome.
neither volume let me down so far. And guess what's Taki's reaction. In volume 02, a new and interesting character is introduced, who kinda looks like Sukisyo's Matsuri.
I can barely wait to read the end. The author has very well-drawn men.
I LOVE this manga. Goh's ex, for example, is a real cutie.
and the main characters are totally captivating. And I have to admit I have a thing for cute BOYS, so since there are so many of them in this manga, it's probably another reason why I love it even more.
and just as infuriating, so to say.A great sequel to volume 1. I'm highly expecting volume 3, which should be out soon, to be EVEN better.A recommended title, and I really like this publisher, so there are hardly problems with the translation&co.
I'm a man, you're a man, this is a castle of men."), and the story is, well, it's not the most important thing. I can only speak for the second volume, but it really doesn't matter what the other two books are like, this one just rocks so much. This series is my ideal yaoi, no comparison. Ok, I'll admit, it's a bit of a stretch that these two guys are partners in some weird agency, that they're living together, and that one of them is gay and the other straight (supposedly). If you like yaoi, it's definitely worth getting. The best part is the art, the dialogue is ok, (eg. Taki: "You bring men here all the time." Goh: "Men are okay. But seriously, I would be willing to accept anything for these two. What great yaoi love.
